What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal. All transactions are secured via SSL protocol, your banking data never passes through our servers.
What are the preparation and shipping times?
Orders are carefully prepared in our Parisian premises. Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days in mainland France, 4 to 7 days in the European Union, and 7 to 14 days internationally. Each shipment benefits from tracking.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. You can also find all your orders and their status in the Orders section of your Customer Account.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the address and shipping method when you confirm your purchase. You can also pick up your order directly from our record store at 13 avenue du Nouveau Conservatoire, 75019 Paris to avoid shipping costs!
Can I return a product for a refund or exchange?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to submit a return request to boutique.officielle@kuroneko-media.com, stating your order number. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened (vinyl and CD albums with blister packaging cannot be returned once opened). If you receive a defective item, please send an email to boutique.officielle@kuroneko-media.com, stating your order number. Attach several photos clearly showing the defect.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are clearly identified on their product page with an estimated release date. Your order is debited at the time of purchase to secure your copy, then shipped as soon as we receive the stock, generally on the official release date. If your order contains both available and pre-order items, it will be shipped in a single consignment on the release date of the last item.
How do I contact customer support?

How do I cancel or change an order?
You can request to cancel or modify your order at any time, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please send an email to boutique.officielle@kuroneko-media.com with your order number.
