Alpha Cassiopeiae - Shadows

Alpha Cassiopeiae is the brightest star in the Cassiopeia constellation. It is also a nu-jazz instrumental duo from Lyon, who, after opening for Tigran Hamasyan, GoGo Penguin, and Chassol in France, are releasing their first album, Shadows. Conceived as a succession of cinematic sequences, the album traces inner trajectories between tension and contemplation. Without explicit narration, each track suggests immersive soundscapes. The project's musical and visual universe is inspired by the aerospace imagery of the 70s. On stage, the duo extends this aesthetic through outfits that enhance the immersion. The release of Shadows will be accompanied by several concerts, including opening acts for Emile Londonien, international dates, and a release party at Les Étoiles in Paris and Le Périscope in Lyon.
