20 years after its release, Jarring Effects is re-releasing Opus Incertum! The first album by High Tone, an instrumental dub band (guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and turntables) that pushes the boundaries of the genre. Capable of incorporating all sorts of influences, from 70s Jamaican dub to electronic music, with a touch of ethnic and world music, to produce their own music and soundscapes.
