A pensive duel between two voices to reach what happens between actresses and actors, what miraculously escapes them, in life as in cinema, in the silent instant that captures and frees them forever. This state of grace in gestures, attitudes, gazes... This sensual surrender is offered to us and immortalizes the memory of youth, all the quintessence and modernity of the sixties to rediscover, like a lost secret. Gérard Courant is a filmmaker, famous for his "Cinématons"; his work is regularly screened at Beaubourg in Paris and in museums and cinemas worldwide. For "L'exception" project, he directed 34 clips based on sequences from cult or very rare 60s films.
