Long Chris was a great friend of Johnny Hallyday, for whom he wrote or adapted the lyrics of about fifty hits including: Gabrielle, Je suis né dans la rue, La génération perdue, Voyage au pays des vivants, etc. But he is also a performer in his own right, notably of a legendary album released in 1967, "chansons bizarres pour gens étranges" (strange songs for strange people), which he follows up here 50 years later. "The unusual" is the privileged theme of this work, where stylistic diversity and paradoxes compete.
