COLLECTOR EDITION, COLORED AND HAND-SIGNED - VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES
This is a project that was particularly close to Francis Cabrel's heart. To compose a song as an anthem to his city, his region.
He dedicated himself 100% to it, beyond the musical aspect, Francis painted the cover, storyboarded the clip and produced it. It is with this same logic that this collector's item is naturally sorted on an independent structure.
Here are a few words from Francis Cabrel:
« The pun is as small as the character is large.
A piece of Sicre therefore of positivity, benevolence, humor, erudition, all this in your black coffee... A day in Toulouse begins.
It's a tribute to this important city for me. Between Caraman street and Matabiau street, I sang and recorded my first songs there.
Many characters could and should have appeared in the chorus but for lack of space, I thank them here and especially Richard and Daniel Seff, Jean-Pierre Mader, Michel Art Mengo, Émile, Images and Gold combined, all those who brought Toulouse music to the top behind the great Claude whom everyone is pursuing. »
Claude Sicre is one of the pioneers of the defense and recognition of Occitan culture, also known as a member of the Fabulous Trobadors.
