This "plexidisc" was made on a plexiglass support using a 1940s Presto 6n engraver.
Consequently, the record is engraved in mono and plays at 33 revolutions per minute (stereo and 45 rpm engraving techniques only appeared from the 1950s).
As the groove is different from that generated by an industrial press, it may be necessary for you to slightly adjust the weight located at the end of your turntable's tonearm if the stylus encounters adherence problems.
